Charles Sietmann Celebrates 15-Year Anniversary

Building Technology Consultants, Inc. (BTC) is pleased to recognize Charles Sietmann as he celebrates his 15-year anniversary with the firm.  Since joining BTC in 2005, Charles has proven to be an integral member of the team.

Throughout his career at BTC, Charles has earned several promotions – including his current advancement to Associate Principal in March of 2020.  Charles has managed numerous notable projects including Hogan Building Roof Replacement at Northwestern University, Exterior Facade Repairs at Eddystone Condominium Building in Chicago, and most recently the Roof Design and Replacement at FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee.

Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the BTC team.  Charles is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO), a Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO), a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA), and a Certified Level I Infrared Thermographer (CIT), with Roof Specifics.  He is also an International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Certified Concrete Slab Moisture Testing Technician, Grade 1, a Certified American Concrete Institute (ACI) Adhesive Anchor Installation Inspector, and an FAA Certified Remote Pilot with a small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) Rating.
