Building Technology Consultants, Inc. (BTC) is pleased to welcome Nicole Murphy as Director of Finance and
Administration to the BTC team.
Nicole brings a wealth of experience and expertise to BTC gained from her previous job positions and
educational background. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University in
2017, and is currently completing coursework on a second master’s degree in Human Resources.
She began her career in Human Resources and Administration nearly 15 years ago as a Staffing Manager and has
integrated her educational experience into driving organizational growth and change. Recently, she was
the Business Operations Manager for an IT consulting firm and has held prior positions as an Assistant
Administrator and Office Manager.
Nicole is a highly organized individual and skilled problem solver who readily combines and oversees human
resource and business administration duties, accounting, and customer service activities within a highly
competitive business environment.
At BTC, Nicole manages the company’s finances, internal administrative support services, and human
resources. She is charged to continuously improve company infrastructure and administrative operations
to support client service, business development, marketing, and technical operations. She is also
charged with enhancing BTC’s financial management and reporting, and oversight to help BTC continue
its focus on client service, team member satisfaction, technical expertise, and growth.
